Sriwijaya Flight SJ 182

Sriwijaya Air Flight 182 was a scheduled domestic passenger flight from Jakarta to Pontianak, Indonesia. Five minutes after departing from Soekarno–Hatta International Airport on 9 January 2021, the Boeing 737-500 experienced an upset and crashed into the Java Sea off the Thousand Islands, killing all 62 people on board.
The flight, operated by 737-500 registered PK-CLC, departed at 07:36 UTC (14:36 local time). The last ADS-B signal from the aircraft was received by Flight radar at 07:40 UTC. 
There were 62 people on board, and 50 were revenue passengers including 7 children. Of a total of 12 crew members, 6 were operating crew while the other 6 were deadheading as passengers.
On 10 November 2022, the NTSC published a final report of the investigation which stated that the crash was caused by a maintenance issue and pilot error.
